Terms of sale
StemShip is sold by Digifix (Alex Johnson), Ontario, Canada ("we", "us"). By buying StemShip you agree to these terms and to the licence agreement.
What you're buying
A perpetual licence to use the StemShip app for macOS on up to two Macs, including free updates for version 1. You're buying a licence to use the software, not the software itself.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and shown before checkout. Founder pricing applies to a limited number of early purchases, after which the standard price applies. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Buyers in Canada pay the applicable GST/HST, added at checkout. Prices for buyers outside Canada don't include Canadian sales tax.
Delivery
StemShip is delivered digitally. Right after payment you'll see your licence key and download link, and we email them to you as well. If they don't arrive, use Lost your licence? or email us.

The free demo works on songs up to 30 seconds long. Please try it on your own sessions before you buy.
Refunds

Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you bought applies to your purchase.
