Refund policy
StemShip has a free demo that does everything the full version does on songs up to 30 seconds. Please try it on your own sessions before you buy, so you know it works for you.
All sales are final
Because you can try StemShip free first, we don't offer refunds for change of mind, for features you expected but that aren't listed, or once a licence has been activated and used.
If it doesn't work on your Mac
If StemShip won't run properly on a Mac that meets the requirements, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your receipt and what happened. We'll work with you to fix it. If we can't, we'll refund you in full.
After a refund
Once a purchase is refunded, its licence key and download link stop working and the app returns to demo mode on any Mac where it was activated.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. A disputed payment deactivates the licence while the dispute is open.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
